- Each apartment complies with basic Vastu features. Unlike other housing projects where units are usually mirrored or copied, each unit here is designed individually with respect to its placement in the block and surrounding views.
- Each block has 8 different units with 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom options, each with a unique floor plan. All units have large glazed sliding doors to balconies, skylit niches for pooja space or art display, utility areas, large windows in all bedrooms ensuring ample light & ventilation.
- Every block is adequately equipped with fire fighting equipment & access for disabled people, adhering to the building norms. Additional features include piped LPG connection which eliminates the hassle of transporting & handling bulky cylinders, trash chutes for easy garbage disposal and large atriums that bring natural light into the common areas such as elevator lobbies & corridors, unlike the dingy isolated corridors found in most apartments, thus making these spaces safer.
- Each block has 2 passenger elevators starting from the lower basement & 1 service elevator starting only at the upper basement level. Access controlled elevator lobbies in both basements eliminate entry of non-residents at these levels.
