I am a Commerce Graduate and MBA in Marketing.

From where you have done your MBA? Tell me something about your schooling?
Ankit:
I have pursued my MBA from International School of Management Excellence, Bangalore. I have done B.Com from Kota University, Kota and have completed my schooling from Modern School, Kota, Rajasthan.

What are you doing now?
Ankit:
Presently I am working with Adport.net (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager - Real Estate. It is an Online Advertising and Marketing Company.

What do you feel about Bangalore?
Ankit:
Bangalore is cool place to work and grow as a professional, I really like the climate and many place around Bangalore.

What all activities is part of your leisure?
Ankit:
For enjoying my free time, I like cooking, reading, listening music and watching movies.

What kind of books you are highly interested in?
Ankit:
For reading I prefer any creative thought provoking, self- development, strategy books.

What is your favourite pass time?
Ankit:
Watching movies, talking to friends, going out for shopping or coffee.

Which is your favourite book and favourite singer?
Ankit:
For me every book I choose is nice, but the most I like is "Odyssey" and my favourite singers are K.K, Shreya Ghosal, Bryan Adams, Lionel Richie.

I like blue colour the most and further black, brown, purple and white.

Ankit:
Every home cooked dish.

I like my city Kota in Rajasthan.

I prefer spending time with my friends, outing with them.

I like my family the most, thus need to do many things for them and I am on the way for achieving something great for them. I too value my close friends a lot.

No, I am single.

Looking? I don’t know, will wait till some one looks special.

Which is your happiest moment of life?
Ankit:
Really, I didn’t count any particular event to be happiest one, but always try not to miss any one of it.

What gives you the maximum happiness?
Ankit:
When I provide solution to anyone’s problem and that proves to be beneficial, that makes me feel happy.

What is your view on how to build a good professional career?
Ankit:
At first, understanding your part at job and provide solutions to solve things, not just doing anything for just sake of doing it. Be innovative; don’t follow traditional things or things which your boss likes. "Act for a Solving Purpose; not for showing daily activity".

What do you think; I mean which are the key factors for building a good career?
Ankit:
For me, Never stop learning whether it is from environment or people you meet. Think in and out before you act is what I believe.
Hema:
What do you tell on differences between winners and losers may be in terms of professional or attitude parameters?
Ankit:
Winners are the people who have their point of view on a particular thing, together with open-mind to understand other’s point of view and when others are wrong they can explain and satisfy them. Decide things on realistic view, should have reason for doing so.
At contrast, losers will try to please every authoritative person in their life starting from school teacher. They don’t solve any real purpose but just secure themselves by showing off that they are doing so.

Any suggestions to the career aspirants or freshers especially for the MBAs because you are also an MBA?
Ankit:
Choose your work domain very seriously, introspect yourself before choosing any industry. Learn new things, stand tough for every new situation which arises at your job and at last, enjoy your work and aim to achieve great results for your company and yourself.

Ankit:
Adport.net really excites me because it is a platform which provides maximum & reliable information related to customer needs respective to several industries. It is an emerging company and love to be a part of it.
